Crazy LAptop

I really don't like this laptop that well. It sometimes freakin' me out when i have to open 2 or 3 windows and it won't do anything when i have to right click. I need to restart it again in order for me to get my work done. ANother thing it annoys me when it says my presario desk is already full. What the heck? We just bought it last xmass and i only download yahoo messenger?. But yeah there are so many junk services in here that already stored. I guess i have to delete them but i'm afraid if i hurt the other files. Hay! i dont know..i'm not an expert for this.
