Tips to help fall asleep

Alright here we go! Its past 2 am right now and i still didn't go to bed yet. I usually sleep at 3am though, i think i get used to it. Besides, this blogging thing makes me go wild and crazy. I actually don't do nothing here now. I just blog hop a little bit and trying to think what am i going to post. Well, i came up to an idea about sleeping habits and i think this is a good idea to post. So, i tried to search a tips to help me fall asleep. And here it is, i got answers for my search.
These are all 10 tips to help fall asleep according to Dr. Albert at better homes.

1. Sleep in comfortable bed.
2. Make sure your bed is cinducive to sleep.
3. Take a bath
4. Drink a glass of warm milk or a cup of herb tea.
5. DO a relaxation exercise
6. DO some light reading.
7. SAy goodnight to your worries
8. Make sure your last hour before bed is as peaceful as possible
9. Allow yourself to sleep--stay awake, if your body so chooses
10. Get up after 30minutes or so and do something you like or need to do.
