Some of you probably know about the strawberry hemangioma that Alyssa had in her back. Hubby and I have no worries about it anymore because many people including her pediatrician says, it will completely gone when she gets 3 years older. Right now, the strawberry hemangioma on her back is getting bigger. It is more visible than it used too. Good thing that she had it in her back and not in the other parts of the body that is very exposed. I just wish it will completely gone when the right time comes. I'm still thankful though..

ayy..kawawa naman ang baby...tsk..tsk..tskk..it always breaks my heart watching a baby suffering in any ways...
bless you, baby...
What causes strawberry hemangioma? Does Alyssa cry when she lay on her back on the bed? I hope this will decrease in size as she grows older and then completely vanishes altogether.
My son had Cephalhematoma when he was born. It was in his skull naman but gradually disappeared over less than a few months... siguro mga 3-4 month-old na sya...I'm sure your daughter will be alright :-)
Hi Chary...
I didn't know she has this hemangioma. It's good to know that it will completely go away by the time she's 3.
Thanks for the visit.
Have a great weekend.

i wonder if if doesn't hurt esp. when she'd lay down her back. how old is she now?
Hi there! My cousin's daughter also had strawberry hemangioma on the right side of her eye. She had it since birth and it was fading little by little as she was growing up. She's a little over 3 years old now and her strawberry hemangioma is almost gone. I'm sure your baby will be alright. :)
Hello. I like attitude concerning the situation. Put it in God's hands. I will pray for your daughter. God bless your family.
well, that's a good news!
God bless your baby!
I hope sis mawala na yan. Ang baby ko din sis paglabas niya meron siya tatlong birth mark na ang tawag "Angel Kisses" sa likod nang ulo niya din ang isa nasa bandang eyelid niya. Both sis lumalaki at super red talaga. At sabi nang doctor 2-3 years pa daw mawala at worried ako kasi lumalaki. Pero alam mo meron nag turo sa akin ano ang gawin ko sis and I try it. So far nag work naman hindi na lumalaki at kunti nalang hindi na mahalata. If you want to know sis ano gawa ko im willing to share it to you if ur interested.
Sorry, about you baby, I hope the lump disappears earlier than predicted :)

Strawberry hemangioma will usually disappeared over the next several years, the red color of the hemangioma begins to fade the mark dissolves away. Most of the time, there is little if any mark left behind. However, some may have pale scar where the hemangioma used to be. Strawberry hemangiomas completely resolve in 50 percent of children by age five and 70 percent by age seven. The rest show gradual fading completed by the time they reach the teenage years. It's just hard for us parents to watch our kids to have those kind of stuff on their body most of the time. But anyway. It will be alright.
Wow, that actually looks like it hurts, but I don't know anything about hemangioma. I jus thope your baby will be perfectly healthy after it disappears from her back
