Tips for Dieting

Many of us find that diet pills along with eating less habit and exercise more is the way to achieve the sucess of weight loss. Below are some of the tips I gathered around:

1. Drink plenty amount of water or other calorie-free beverages.
2. Be choosy about nightime snacks
3. Enjoy your favorite food but you must do so in moderation
4.Eat several many meals during a day
5.Eat protein such as yogurt, cheese, nuts or beans at meals and snacks everyday.
6.If you like spices or chiles, add them to your food for a flavor boost to help you satisfied.
7.Stock your kitchen with healthy convenience foods such as frozen vegetables, canned of diced tomatoes, fat-free microwave popcorn, canned beans.
8.Eat less of pasta or bread and more veggies can make you lose weight.
9.Be physically active.
