Customer Service

A friend of mine who is currently on vacation in PI worked in one of the most popular outsourced customer service company in the state. She's been working there for almost 2 years now and she is happy with it. At first few months of her job she was having problem dealing with customers as well as her co-workers. She was actually mentioned about quiting but later on she find herself fell in love with the job. Her co-workers are not strange to her anymore, in fact they were nice and friendly to her.

Anyway, when she came back from her vacation some of our friends and including myself will be trying to get the same job. I just hope we will be hired.
