Jenny Craig Program

There are many different types of weight loss tactics that are buzzing around. One of the most popular and I always seen on the advertisements is Jenny Craig program. I thought the program is great as it help dieters to develop a healthy relationship with food and basically teach dieters about nutrition and control-eating skills. As what I heard the program also encourage dieters to participate in physical activities for at least 5days a week. I personally like to try the program however the prices of each plan i found at is a bit costly for me. Is it really worth it?
