Sleeping routine is messed up

Ever since we arrive from our trip my sleeping routine is messed up. We go to bed at 2-3am which is our regular bedtime but i just laid in bed wide awake without even think of anything. I just can't find myself sleepy no matter how i tried to force myself. Everything in my mind was so fresh and clear. I might need a sleeping pill for me to be able to fall asleep during nightime because i have an energetic little girl to take care of during daytime. It is difficult for me since she asleep good in the nightime while I am having trouble.
