Oatmeal Diet

Oatmeal diet has been promoted in the internet as a way to lose weight. Many dieters uses this method because it has proven to work when done right. What makes it to work is the fact that oats contains fibers which makes dieters reduces their hunger and therefore, it helps them to stick to their diet plan.

The oatmeal diet method involves with eating nothing except oatmeal for first week. A half cup of oatmeal for each meal or maybe combined with half cup of skim milk if desired.

Only whole oatmeal is allowed and the instant oatmeal or granola bars should be avoided for the first seven days. Hence, the calorie consumption must be betweek 900-1200 calories per day. Every diet must be accompanied with 30 minutes of exercise on 3-5 days of the week to achieve greater results.
