Acne problem

There are quite few scenarios in my life experienced on having an acne. But i say, acne is not a huge problem for me compared to my brother who is in high school right now. Living in a humid country is good reason enough on having so much acne specially on ages 20's. Right now I'm shopping for best acne treatment that supposed to help stop that weird bumps from coming. Or perhaps, if any of you had a best experiences on acne treatment please inform me.
