As you all know, i started working out my excess fats everyday. I've been working like 13 days now for about an hour or so each time. But the most depressing part is i gained weight like 3-4 pounds. I don't know what is wrong with it and so frustrated about it. Now i started like feeling discourage of reaching the goal because it seems like if I try harder, i sort of gain more. Frustrating! I may have take weight loss supplements again while continue doing the exercise everyday. And also cutting my junk food intake should be more strictly avoided this time..
